I won’t be recording every day of this challenge but since I’m doing a detox this week I feel like its important to do it while I’m detoxing.
So far I’m really missing coffee and I’m having a hard time finding detox-approved foods (really need to go to the grocery store!)
I woke up at 5 am and did a light core workout courtesy of fitpossiblecoach.com
For breakfast I had half a serving of brown rice followed by my detox pills.
The rest of the day I did horribly on my diet and didn’t workout again like I planned. Better luck tomorrow!
