We’ve almost made it! I thought these last two days would never come! I’m excited to get back in the gym (the cleanse book says no hardcore working out) I think it’s because you could pass out or something…
Today is where the cleanse switches things up a bit. Instead of taking all the pills at night you take four fiber fusion daily pills in the morning as well as at night.
I’m not looking forward to that. That’s 12 pills a day! However, you do decrease the detox activation pills from five to three so it ALMOST evens out.
One thing I’ve been struggling with during this cleanse is breakfast. I tried eating egg whites. That didn’t work out. Its a consistently thing… I love the protein bistro boxes from starbucks but the eggs in it are disgusting and I just can’t justify spending $6 to eat half a bistro box. I think next week Im going to prepare a week’s worth of my own protein bistro boxes for breakfast minus the eggs. I’ll just make some museli bread, grab some apples, grapes (which I always have on hand) cheese (I’ll get gouda imstead of white cheddar) and some single servings of peanut butter. You can buy them at your local grocery store.
One thing I’m super stoked about is being able to dring coffee again. Coffee is like a food group for me. But for now I’m perfecctly content with my tea. One that I’m really loving right now is Pukka Night Time Tea. It has a really calmimg effect and it’s great for right before bed.
While I’m glad to get this cleanse over with, I’m still glad I did it. It was an experience. One that I will probably never do again… but none the less an experience.
